Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all. Probably too many people are using water at the same time. The reception and check in and house keeping guys are helpful. It is good value for money. I definitely recommended it.

I did like that it was in a convenient location, but the room itself was not very clean. The bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned properly (toilet had stains on it) and the room itself stank very badly of smoke. We tried ventilating the room but even 2 days after the smell lingered.

The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit including the Batu Caves with wild monkeys.

The checking-in and checking-out process was so painful. The lack of communication from the reception was frustrating. Two guys sitting in their comfortable chair and looked like they did not want to be there.

There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them.

Booked weeks in advance and when I arrived - after a 16 hours flight they let me wait in the lobby for 15 minutes and finally guided me to a higher floor where their "front desk" is actually located - they informed me that my room was not available due to "repairs due in the room". They told me that I would have to get in touch w expedia which was impossible. EXPEDIA I WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS IM BACK IN THE STATES AND I WILL WANT ALL MY MONEY RETURNED. You should pay me on top for all the hassle with that fraudulent property. AGAIN: STAY AWAY FRAUDULENT OFFER ON EXPEDIA!!!!

Très bien localiser. Appartement agréable avec une belle vue sur les tours Petronas. Magnifique piscine à débordement avec une vue sur les tours Petronas. Appartement très bien équipé, frigo, congélateur, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, machine à laver séchante qui est très utile. Le seul petit bémol c’est que le nettoyage de l’appartement est tout les 3 jours. Très bien situé. Lieu calme. En bas de l’hôtel il y a un restaurant/chicha ouvert 24/24h avec un large choix au menu. À 5 minutes à pied des tours Petronas et commerces.

Hôtel magnifique!!!!! Endroit bien situé le seul bémol c’est qu’il y avait des travaux pendant notre séjour mais une fois que l’on a dit à la réception que ça nous gênait, les travaux se sont arrêtés comme par magie 😉
