"The stay was pleasant as the staff were very warm and friendly. The lodge is fairly plain and not meant for extended stays in my opinion as there is not much more than rooms and the restaurant. (yes there is a pool.) The buildings are modern but without any architectural flair or artistic creativity. It is a good location in the park and easy to drive to any location for wildlife viewing. "

"The staff was amazing and the facilities were all that one would need. Very good value. Great park for a day of game driving. Saw lions and rhinos and more. Spent another day just relaxing, reading by the pool, and staring at an unbelievable view. We miss it already and it’s just been a day. "

"The staff was super helpful. They got taxis for me, did my laundry, polished my shoes, reminded me of the breakfast hours. The hotel was incredibly clean as was my room. The food was delicious. I could not have been more pleased."

"The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again."

"Appena arrivati la ragazza alla reception non trovava la nostra prenotazione , dire che la camera era anche già stata pagata in anticipo ho dovuto inoltrare la mail con tutte le informazioni , alla fine però abbiamo avuto la nostra camera che era molto spaziosa e pulita . "The hotel itself was nice and was very clean. On check-in we were told that the company that handles their Hotels.com bookings was in a dispute with them, and that they had not forwarded the funds from our prepayment for the rooms. We were told we’d Ned to pay for the rooms at the hotel and then take the matter up with the company that handles the bookings for them to get a refund of the prepaid funds. We were charged only half the amount that we prepaid for the two rooms originally, so booking...

"Nice hotel and centrally located. Staff very helpful. I had a room facing the street and as the windows are not very insulated, it was a bit noisy at times. The hot water in the shower was not always available, but OK in the morning. Will stay there again"
