I booked this place based on the pictures shown and the espectacular view to the city and the river; however. My apartment didn't have a view and the balcony was not appealing at all. "If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"

"End House Inverness was absolutely beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. We forgot it had two bathrooms, so we were so excited to see that it had that. The provisions provided to get us started were very thoughtful and helpful. The house was roomy, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked. The directions provided for all the amenities were more than sufficient to make correct use of them. We hope to be able to stay here again some day."
