"Waren mit der Familie für 6 Tage in 2 Zimmern dort. Hotel ist sehr schön, nicht so weitläufig wie andere 5* Hotels Richtung Maspalomas. Das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Zimmermädchen zu den Kellner(innen) und Rezeption, alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Uns hat das Hotel vor allem gefallen weil es am Ende der Promenade ist. Wenn man vom Leuchtturm westwärts läuft ist das H10 am Ende der Promenade (10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Leuchtturm). Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, und...

"En general todo estuvo excelente, especialmente el trato del personal. El hotel es precioso, las vistas son inmejorables, está muy bien situado. Estaba todo impecable, nuevo, desde el mobiliario interior al exterior, como amacas por ejemplo. Solo mejoraría la calidad de la comida , había mucha variedad pero se echaba de menos calidad en general. Las camas un poco blandas."

The room is a 3 star, not a 4 star but the bed with excellent mattresses made up for it - I had a perfect sleep. The food is again a strong point - very varied, tasty and above all fresh.
