Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to relax as always

We had a long needed sun break and decided to go to the Gloria Palace Amadores, if you want to chill, relax, and just enjoy a peaceful holiday in the sun this is the place to go. Amazing infinity pools (yes 2 of them!), sunbeds are plentiful, food is amazing given the amount of choices, service and cleanliness is excellent.

What an amazing hotel!! Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, every room has the most beautiful sea view. The food was plentiful, of an excellent quality and a good variety of options. A short walk to the nearest town where there were lots of shops/restaurants. Only 25 mins from the airport too. Faultless!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was very loud. Buffet not delicious and cups and glasses were very dirty. Great views and lots of sunbeds.

The bedrooms are very spacious and the sea views excellent, though the bathroom arrangements may not be to everyone’s taste as has been commented upon by other guests. It’s all very open plan! The restaurant buffet is very extensive and well presented. For the price we paid it was excellent value for money.

It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles.

We loved our stay here. We had a fabulous room and time in the Thalasso pool. It would have been even better if - our bed had 8 legs instead of 7. As crazy as this sounds, it was 2 single beds pushed together, one deliberately with 3 legs which meant dependant on where you sat on that bed, there was always a leg off the floor, so when you moved, the legs were hitting the floor in turn. Under the bed was cleaned of dust. The jacuzzi had been scrubbed.

Had a very pleasant stay at Gloria Palace. My diasppointment at arrival of not been given at room vith seaview was corrected promptly and we were compensated with a new, very nice room and a bottle of cava. The hotel is large, not crowded, clean and the staff is very friendly. Will probably come back!

The floors of the room was super dirty. On second day had to call reception to get it cleaned then saw the guy do it and for a large room he just put the mop in the bucket once and cleaned the entire room without repotting the mop in the bucket which explains it. Nice facilities for children, close to angry bird park, at dinner you have to pay for water and you also have to pay to use the safe which is ridiculous. But nice view, great pool, great activities for children. The sea room view are great.

Beautiful hotels with amazing views

Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly staff. This was a return visit and seen improvements from previous times, and will come back. Some offerings could be improved - body lotion and conditioner in the rooms, as well better hairdryers. I would also suggest some bed toppers for the extensible couch and some scheme to incentives guest to reuse towels for more than one day in a bid to become more ecofriendly, as well as more selective rubbish collection.
