"Empezamos con una recepción pésima, la chica de recepción no nos explicó absolutamente nada del hotel, ni del TI, dijo que estaba todo explicado en la app, además por no llevar el bono del hotel, nos amenazó con que tendríamos que pagar de nuevo la estancia ¿¿¿??? cosa que no me ha pasado jamás en ningún hotel y menos teniendo la reserva desde hacía más de 6 meses. Le facilité los datos del localizador, etc, y comentó que en principio con eso creía que serviría. Eran las 13 h, nuestra habitación...

"El hotel está bien, muy cerca de la playa de las canteras. El personal es súper amable y te facilitan cualquier cosa que necesites. La terraza está genial con una piscina pequeña pero perfecta para darte un baño y refrescarte, prefecta para tomar algo y relajarte con vistas al mar por un lado y al puerto por otro"

"What I noticed from the first moment is the impeccable cleanliness, very friendly staff. The hotel needs a renovation and I mean the rooms and the furniture in a deplorable state. The room is a 3 star, not a 4 star but the bed with excellent mattresses made up for it - I had a perfect sleep. The food is again a strong point - very varied, tasty and above all fresh. I liked that the grill and the fresh salads. Cakes and desserts a major plus, very appetising and prepared in the hotel...

"Huone oli siisti, ainut miinus että vedet jäi makaamaan pesuhuoneen lattialle kun ei ollut kaivoa ammeen ulkopuolella. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ruoka hieman yksitoikkoista ja mausteita piti lisätä. Snackbaari oli hieman pettymys ruuan laadussa ja maussa aikaisempiin majoituksiin verrattuna. Vesipuisto on pienen matkan päässä ja ympäristö soveltuu hyvin lapsiperheelle vaikka hieman ympäristössä ja aktiviteetti paikoissa olisi kunnostettavaa, etenkin puiset osat....
