"Property said it had transportation from airport to hotel and we confirmed this transfer 3 times prior to arriving , but we’re still left at the airport without a pick up. "I did not like the area. I did not like that the doors were always closed, that there was a slight gap in the blinds so people could look into my room. It took the lady an hour to find my reservation. There was always loud music playing late at night and sometimes the owner’s kid would cry a lot."

"We loved everything about Hotel Cucuve! The service is top notch. The beds and bedding so comfortable, slept great every night. The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. "We (family of 3) stayed for 4 nights in the tortuga bay suite. So I can only speak for the room we stayed and not sure how other rooms are as they are all different. Overall, we are very disappointed and feel frustrated on our stay. The room looks nothing like the pictures. It is very small, dark, damp and hot with little space for luggages. "We spent 6 nights at Hotel Casa Gardenia. The staff made our stay so easy and convenient. Rooms were very nice, view from the lounge on the top floor was amazing and the location in Old Town made it very easy to get to sites."

"Small, family-run, boutique style hotel - just 6 rooms! You are greeted personally and the staff goes out of their way to assist with any request you have. Rooms are spotless and the room decks are wonderful for sunset views from your hammock :) Walkable to town and right on Playa Mann, this was an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend!"

"Our family of five stayed in two rooms. Marco and Andres made us feel comfortable and at home. They were extremely accommodating and helped us with all our needs! Breakfast is included as well which included fresh bread, eggs made to order and fruit. The property was beautiful and there were some alpacas on site. This stay was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 10/10 would recommend and if I come back we would definitely stay here!!"
