Lovely hostel with great staff. We got the suite which is apart from the main building and has its own bathroom. A perfect little couples retreat! The bed was really comfortable too which can be hard to find!

My room was on a patio, birda singing, flowers, and beautiful garden up front with tables and chair in a covered area. I was cheerfully welcomed by Elba who I had chatted with on Whatsapp when I booked the room. I took a walk after arriving and when I got back Franco was at the front desk, he suggested tours for the next day, and arrangements were made for me to be picked up. I went for a walk in the morning and had the wrong shoes to go up hills when it was raining. Johanna, who works in the kitchen, free breakfast, and cleans the rooms. Even with the language barrier she understood I didn't have good shoes for the tour. She went to her home and got shoes for me. How sweet is that?Because of Emergency Declaration, and curfew, my plans had to change, I was sad to leave. Elba made arrangements for a driver that picked me up at 5 am. She was up and welcomed me with a cup of coffee, one for the driver too! I am so happy I decided to atay at La Casa Del Molino Blanco B and B. For me, a perfect place to stay with good people who actually care and made sure I had everything I needed to make my time in Baños even more magical.

Very clean hostel

The hostel was not in the midle of the centre, which is good in a party place like Baños. Still close to everything. The staff was very friendly and service minded and the rooms were very clean. They sold beers in the reception and there was hammocks outside.

Me pareció una estadía segura, cómoda y confortable. Me gustaría destacar que es necesario avisar si se lleva carro para reservar un puesto en el parqueo, ya que, una vez guardado, no se puede sacar hasta el día siguiente. Sin embargo, también es posible estacionarlo afuera sin inconvenientes, ya que los alrededores son muy seguros y cuentan con cámaras de vigilancia. Fue una experiencia agradable.

It wasn't great accommodation, but overall good. Staff at the reception were helpful in their duties. Wi-Fi worked, breakfast good but only from 8 am. Parking on the other side of the block is about a 300 m walk.

Great views

Out of the centre of town but closer to one of the thermal baths, bed was comfortable and shower was good, WiFi was good as long as the hostel isn't full. Good idea of energy saving at the hostel. Nice set up for movies. When the hostel is full it can be very noisy, breakfast was nice but economical.

STAY HERE!!!

I don’t know how anyone could rate this place less than excellent...especially considering the awesome staff. Whomever gave negative reviews must be very difficult guests because the staff far exceeded my expectations. *Clean, economical rooms *Beer, bottled drinks, wine, even massages in house that you can purchase onsite *the most helpful staff ever...booked tours for us for way cheaper than we could find on our own, English speaking, and consistently went above and beyond. Helped us avoid missing our flight by explaining the am bus schedule and that we wouldn’t make it to Quito in time. Then she booked a taxi for us (our only option as we had to leave at 3am) and GOT UP AT 3 AM to escort us to the taxi! *very delicious breakfast that changes everyday. You even have the option to add to it for additional cost. Great, friendly cook. *Cheap laundry service! Say here, you won’t regret it.

Great staff!

Great stay. Hostel staff are very welcoming and helpful. They helped us call taxis and book activities and tours at a discounted rate. Bathrooms and rooms were clean. Breakfast was quick and good. Cleaning and breakfast staff very nice. Very happy with our stay.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes et reçu un mail de confirmation d'expedia pour cette réservation pour 2 adultes. Arrivés à l'hôtel on me dit que c'est une chambre simple que j'ai réservé et donc pour une seule personne mais pas de problemes je rajoute 4 $ et j'aurais une double. Ça m'énerve un peu mais fatigué on paie. Quelques minutes plus tard on vient nous voir pour nous dire que la patronne a dit qu'on allait pas payer une chambre double mais une personne additionnelle soit 10,50$ et qu'il n'y a pas d'autre options... 35min au téléphone avec expédia pour régler ce problème. nice hotel, nice garden to have a beer aftwerwards

we stayed for two nights. I'ts a nice little hotel, a little bit out of center which is good for the noice. They helped us right away with the next tour. The garden is good to relax after a long day
