"Pretty solid stay. Room was nice and updated. AC was cold although very humid. Pools are nice and the beach is good. Lots of seaweed during this time of year. Food is ok, and drinks are watered down but for an all inclusive, it was expected. Wouldnt stay there again but only because I would explore different properties."

"The staff was nice. Friendly and helpful. I do wish they had some type of notice about the power outages that the area was experiencing. It was out of their control but it would have been good to know before it happened and I had no AC for a few hours. I will say that Miguel and the other lady at the front desk were beyond accommodating and tried to help in all possible way to make our stay better. "

"Desde que llegamos nos recibieron muy amablemente, nos llevaron a la Habitación la cual siempre se mantuvo limpia desde el dia 1 gracias al personal de limpieza, instalaciones nuevas (o en muy buenas condiciones que se sentían como nuevas) la alberca muy agusto, con gym 24/7 y un area de SPA super relajante, amplia y muy limpia. De verdad muy buena opción para hospedarse. 9.5/10 no le doy el 10 por su ubicación la cual entiendo qué está en crecimiento y se siente como si el hotel está en medio...
