"Het is een nette, luxe appartement (met vaatwasser en vaatwastabletten}. Aan de kant van het appartement dat we in eerste instantie kregen werd gesloopt, erg veel lawaai. We hebben een appartement aan de andere kant gekregen, daar was het stil. Mensen van het hotel waren erg behulpzaam. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad."

"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."

"Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! "The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

"Great stay with two little ones. Very convenient. Pitty the playground and pool were closed. Breakfast buffet was good. Beds were comfortable. Furniture is a bit basic but does the trick. "

"The property smells of rotten fish because of the restaurant below. Expedia won’t give you a refund and neither will the owner if you don’t want to stay there for this reason. There were also stains on the sheets and floors and surfaces dirty. Vendor offered to have us picked up from the airport for a fee but nobody showed up. "

"We loved it here. We stayed for a week it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had tons of options. They have a pool it was a bit cold but I also enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck after going in the sauna. It's a short walk to the beach so nice. "
