"Our favourite place by FAR while travelling across Canada… Felt like they should charge 4x what we paid. Located on the main street so it’s a cozy short walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate with locally made lemon grass soap. Room was great and felt safe being able to park car just a few feet away from room. Had a view into the woods and courtyard was a bonus!"

"Everything was perfect except the room we got were at the basement floor. This could be depressing for some on their vacation, and in my opinion, should have been mentioned clearly in the description."

"I believe your experience will not be the same if you dont stay at Fairmont Banff. The view from our room was worth it alone. Fantastic service. Easy walk or bus to town. Would recommend signing up for tours in advance. Better to join tours rather than renting a car and doing on your own. We also arranged a private tour which is a great option as well. Cant imagine any rating less than a 5!"
