"Nice, simple, CLEAN updated rooms. Great front desk staff. Property is older but very quiet at night…despite being on the main drag. "

"I believe your experience will not be the same if you dont stay at Fairmont Banff. The view from our room was worth it alone. Fantastic service. Easy walk or bus to town. Would recommend signing up for tours in advance. Better to join tours rather than renting a car and doing on your own. We also arranged a private tour which is a great option as well. Cant imagine any rating less than a 5!"

"Close to everything. Room was clean every day. People were friendly. Lady at the desk helped us with one of our tours. Informed us where to go to get help. Felt bad she couldn't help us.
