"The staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent. However, there is no beach that one would use for actually swimming. More like wet sand everywhere. In the 3 days that we were there not one person was in the water. No child with shovel and bucket making sand castles. Really no beach in the sense of what we are use to thinking a beach should be like. I actually wanted to leave the resort but my money would not be refunded."

"Hotel sans vie, (épidémie coronavirus et saison Des moussons). Nous devions être entre 40 et 70 clients. Malgré ce petit nombre de clients, le service était déplorable. Le personnel, qui était plus que suffisant, se trompait dans la prise des commandes (même les commandes les plus simples du style : 2 pasta du mois et 2 pizzas du mois). "The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."
