"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. "The rooms were extremely small and there was just a toilet and shower blocked off and the bedroom. There wasn’t an actual bathroom. But staff were nice and friendly. "

"Very central to all the sites. Close to restaurants and Hyde and Kensington parks. Staff were very helpful. Only negative was no parking on-site and it was not made clear where to park for drop off upon arrival."

"We were happy with our stay except for small things 1. The garbage can in the bathroom is too small and it is very useful. When you step on it, it falls forward so that it annoying to deal with everyday 2. There is no socket by the mirror on the right hand side where I can use my blow dryer or hair straightener but there are not sockets. The socket on the left hand side has the coffee maker so it is not ideal to use it coz the coffee can spill. "
