This time your flight waited for the customers. I once experienced your airlines left a lot of customers included me and a big group of chinese tourists and told the guide to wait for the next flight and would charged them a big money ..... even we arrived the gate only 10 mins late. You brought me to outside immediately and I had to pay more THB 7,000 for only a new one way ticket from thai airways (Bkk to Singapore) 2-3 years ago. That was my worst experience and this time Expedia managed the flights for my trip.
