Very convenient location for the main railway station. Very clean and helpful staff. Truly excellent breakfast, we wonder why American hotels cannot achieve the same level of quality! Would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This property was centrally located near the main Zurich train station. It was very easy to find and the check in process was seamless. The room had everything we could need and was very clean. Only negative is that it is located across from a bar that was very noisy until about 4AM, however the noise wasn’t too bad with the windows shut

The location of this hotel is great and the staff are friendly. It’s important to note that the hotel does not have Air Conditioning and the rooms are extremely hot. This is also one of the noisiest hotels we have ever stayed at. If you require a solid nights sleep to function, choose else where. Would not return.

We spent 3 nights over a weekend at Townhouse Boutique hotel and were very happy with our choice. The hotel is just off the Banhoffstrasse but it is still a peaceful little spot and just two blocks from Zurich’s main train station. We had a Jr. Suite on the 4th floor on the backside of the building so it was very quiet and the room had plenty of space including a full size sofa, small table and chair and a well equipped kitchenette. We also enjoyed the very nice continental breakfast offered in the morning for an extra 20 CHF per person. Would definitely stay here again and recommend, particularly if traveling by train.

The good- Fantastic location in old town near Zurich HB. Room was good size and clean. Staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. The bad- The shower drain barely drained. There was no AC so it was warm. We had to leave windows open and it was very loud outside until early morning hours on our Friday night stay. Breakfast was very slim and not worth it.

This is good, small hotel in great location. My only reason for three stars is because there is no AC in the rooms. We booked it at the end of July for one night, but I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was in a great location however there was building work going on close to the property which did cause disturbance. Staff were very apologetic about this despite it being out of their control. We were given free breakfast to compensate for the disturbance.

It was a short stay but I could have choose a better place to stay. Small boutique and charming hotel. Room was small but very comfortable, well maintained and clean . Bathroom was big and the shower the best in a long time. Staff was kind (Amanda is very nice and Dylan at breakfast). Location is just amazing. 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station.
