The room was very good, spacious and clean. Very quiet although close to the tram tracks I heard nothing. The reception was well managed and there is an amazing restaurant across the way, food was excellent especially the beef. Would definitely use it again as the transport infrastructure is good to get back into the city

Not clean at all. I saw a hair on the unused towel as I just stepped in the washroom. My room has smoking smell. Air conditioning does not work. Don’t choose this hotel if you are coming in summer.

We really enjoyed staying at Harry's Home Hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful (Thomas and Asllan). Tbe lobby and rooms are super clean and comfortable. The studio room has a kitchen. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor with washer and dryer which was a big plus. The tram stops right by the hotel, so very easy to get to the city center. We would stay there again.

Great location, great hotel and great price.

Location is great, tram stop is 1 minute away, only 18 minutes to airport or 20 minutes to the town. Very clean hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. As the tourist and no private car, if the hotel locates near the public transportation that will is such a great thing to have, the prices are reasonable. I can’t believe how clean this hotel is , will return and stay longer, definitely will recommend to my friends and feeling very safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Thank you.

The room was nice and big, had a balcony and was clean. The hotel is far from the city (aprox. 40 min by train and tram) but has a station right next to it. It is located under some bridges which was my first impression. Front desk personnel was very kind and friendly.

Harry’s house is a great place to stay for short or perhaps even longer stay in Zürich. It’s between the airport and the city and it’s directly on the tram 12 line. Do not take a taxi to get to Harry’s house; It will be very expensive. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. I really enjoyed my brief stay.

Modern and safe. Tram out front is very convenient as it’s not in a touristy area. The rooms fan didn’t feel very effective and it was hot overnight even with it on max. Overall nice experience.

Don’t visit this property in summer.

One of the biggest problems with this property was the lack of air conditioning. There was air coming out of the air condition and we said at least four times to the front desk that the air conditioner wasn’t working all they kept saying was close all the windows so sensors don’t trip and Configure it to 19°C. I told them hundred times that this has already been done and the temperature wouldn’t move below 27°C as per my own little temperature gauge that I carry. Otherwise the hotel is a very convenient location right across the train station in about 25 minutes from Zürich Hauptbahnhof. It’s also three minutes away by the same tram in the other direction from a very big mall with a lot of food options. This was a very bad experience in 35° heat outside and no air conditioning inside.

Everything is fine, good transportation condition, frequent cleaning service, the only unpleasant experience is the big noise from upper room on Friday evening, I think there maybe a party and it continues until 3 o’clock, I heard many people’s voices which disturbed my rest terribly.

As others have noted and they themselves acknowledge in Google Review replies, the AC currently does NOT work. Given that it's fall, normally just opening the window would not be a problem, but the hotel is right next to the train station. The trains run every 30 minutes and until 01:40 in the morning, so good luck sleeping. Cleanliness was good. Not a whole lot around the hotel and not a lot to do. Need to take a tram and then transfer at a train station to get into Zurich. Only real benefit is having the tram that's right next to the hotel to direclty to the airport.
