4-Sternehotel mit altem Duschvorhang in Badewanne

Wir waren enttäuscht vom Badezimmer mit einem unhygienischen Duschvorhang. Allerdings war der Blick auf Zürich sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und frisch. Besonders loben muss ich den Frühstückskellner, der sich sehr um die Gäste kümmerte.

Anniversary Trip

We did like our room especially the balcony with lake view. Funicular railway into town where you catch the tram to town. Told railway available until 11.30 did not say tram finished at 9.30pm taxi cost us 31 chf. Not happy. Dennis was very pleasant on reception. Unfortunately, on our return we found we had been charged for the room that we had already paid for. We had been credited again but were left slightly out of pocket.

Very quiet hotel with beautiful views, and a sense of privacy. Breakfast was very nice if expensive. Beautiful indoor pool which I had to myself! Convenient to a funicular railway although it stops running before the trams do so I walked the steep hill a few times. The room was pleasant but a bit spartan and the be was essentially a single. Overall a pleasant spot to stay, if a little off the beaten track.

Wurden dieses Mal entäuscht nach mehrmaligem Aufen

Beim einchecken wurde uns das wahrscheinlich schlechteste Zimmer des Hotels zugewiesen. Nach meiner Ablehnung wurde uns ein besseres Zimmer angeboten, jedoch nur gegen Aufzahlung. Bei vorherigen Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel war das noch nie der Fall! Als Begründung wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß über Internet gebuchte Zimmer immer die schäbigsten Zimmer des Hotels sind.

Schöne Lage heraus aus dem Trubel

Die Damen und Herren von der Rezeption waren in vielen Belangen schlecht informiert und wussten Fragen nicht zu beantworten. Der Hotelshuttle war einmal bereits vollund kam erst mal gar nicht, im 2.Fall wurden wir in der Stadt vom Shuttle nicht mitgenommen, weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten, obwohl man uns an der Rezeption gesagt hatte,dass die Beförderung kein Problem sei. Die Kreditkarte wurde belastet, obwohl wir beim Eichecken gesagt hatten, daß eine andere Karte belastet werden sollte.Abendessen wird nur bis 21 h angeboten.

Nice stay for a family of 4. We had everything we needed. It was very close to the dolderbahn and there are very nice views from the balconies. Do not expect the Dolder grand - but a very functional and nice living quarters.

Quiet place

I really did like this place, very comfortable beds and very quiet place near Zurich. Great view as well and also nice SPA facilities nearby. Breakfast buffet also good. Convenient place in Zurich.

Schoene Lage am Zurichberg, mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt und See und Berge. Das Personal ist immer einsatzbereit und ausgesprochen von freubndlicher Natur. Die Kueche ist hervorragend. Wiir kommen wieder bei naechsten Besuch in Zurich.

Schönes Hotel

Wir haben nur übernachtet. Der gesamte Eindruck war gut, leider ist das Badezimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sauber. Die Aussicht ist dafür sagenhaft.

Good Business Hotel

Cheaper alternate to the Grand, and is 5 minute walk up the hill, which is a refreshing way to start your day ! Bar could do with a bit of life in it, but a business hotel with some great views of the lake
