"This is a lovely place to stay. It is just off the M5 in a rural location. A beautiful pub with history. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented.
We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. "
"The room was cosy and had everything we needed. A fridge with water and fresh milk was a great addition. The evening meal and the breakfast we really delicious. Ellie showed us to our room abd served our drinks and evening meal. She was fab."

Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer.

"Whitehouse Premier Inn was in a great lication, right in tye city centre. Parking was easy and not too expensive at £10 per night, lots of spaces when we went on a Saturday night in Sep so there was no need to book in advance. Would definitely stay again. "
"Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "
"Hotel is in an excellent location and close to multi storey carpark. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Bar are is good with a good selection of food and drink. I would definitely recommend the breakfast "

The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was.
The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return.

The only thing we didn't like was the height of the shower head that we had available from the family rooms
The shower head was too low for us to stand under so we had to bend over to try and take a shower which was too uncomfortable for me so didn't bother
If this was replaced it would be better to have an adjustable one that was higher."
