"Staff is friendly and helpful. location is convenient for doing tours around Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The hotel itself is so so. The bigger rooms (2-bed ones) are facing the noisy traffic. Smaller one-bed room facing the inner garden is better. The amenities are old. Fan in the bathroom and the fridge are loud. Smell in the bathroom won’t go away. Breakfast is very basic."

"Fantastic service. The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk was there when we entered and when we left and was very kind and friendly. He was wonderful with suggestions for my teenage daughter with places that she may enjoy. I really appreciated this kindness. The valet was also really great. Adorable boutique hotel. "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a unique mix of classic and modern vibes—the traditional lock-and-key style gives it a charming, old-school feel, while the inside is updated, clean, and very modern. Parking was much easier than I expected based on past reviews. The hotel provides a parking pass that works for both sides of the street, which made things pretty convenient and stress-free. The only downsides were the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited, and that you can hear some noise from downstairs in the morning. That said, it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, the place felt well-kept and comfortable, and I’d definitely consider staying here again."
