"L’emplacement est parfait ! L’hôtel est juste en face du téléphérique de la Montagne Tianmen. On y va à pied en 5 minutes, c’est ultra pratique pour commencer la visite sans perdre de temps."

"Le matin avant de partir visiter les sites, nous avons pu commander un café au hall. Le petit‑déjeuner mélange plats chinois et quelques mets européens, il y a de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. L’emplacement est pratique pour prendre des taxis vers les sites touristiques. Attention, aux heures de sortie le hall peut être assez bondé et il faut un peu attendre son véhicule. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne adresse pour découvrir la région."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of both American and Chinese dishes. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from Tianmen Mountain, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel also provides a complimentary 24-hour self-service laundry, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a five-star stay, and I would highly recommend it."

"Our plan was to visit Tiannem mountain park. The hotel is so close to it. The staff was amazing since we have arrived at the hotel. They've such knowledge of the region, where, how and when to go to different places of Zhangjiajie. Since we had more time, the suggested us to go to the great canyon the next day. They provided a courtesy ride to Tianmen national park and they booked and arranged our trip to great canyon. They really went above and beyond. The room was very clean and well...

"Excellent hotel, was a really great experience, staff were very helpful, specially employee Li Xianglin who was very kind and help us to solve all issues, hopefully hotel can have more employees like her. In general hotel experience was the best in great price and close to most famous mountain."

"I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!"

"The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. Each room had a toilet with a bidet. The bed sheets were spotless. Breakfast was great too! This is a great hotel also because it is walking distance to the Tianmen mountain entrance."
