"This is a two star hotel, but the quality at which it is kept makes it feel as though it is much, much better! Seriously happy with this hotel, very clean, close to everything (as every hotel in Zermatt is), good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast is good, although if you like bacon/eggs/sausage there isn’t any except some eggs which you have to boil yourself. Other than that there was a wide variety of bread and pretzels, yoghurts, ham, cheese and cereal and some fruit. For the price paid and the prices of other hotels, this is a great choice! The rooms, however, don’t have air con so you rely on cool air coming through."
