Check-in e check-out molto veloci e reception aperta 24/7. "Outstanding location and property management staff!"

"No hot water for half the days. AC unit stopped working for 2 days. Left a wall charger behind and said they could not find it plugged in."

"The room was on the top 3rd floor under the eves with no lift. Very beautiful view of Charles Bridge but that was all it had going for it. Because the room was so small, the bed was pushed to one side of the room and I had to bent over the bed and shuffle around the edge of it to get in. The room had a kitchenette but was barely usable. Would not recommend this place at all"

"Wonderful stay, great location, clean, warm and modern facilities. The only thing was we did not have our milk replenished, little thing otherwise all very good"

"We would like to come back to stay again. Low price but good room. Near tram stop, convenient for travel to any where in city"

"The location is excellent. the building is on another street, close to the reception office (another building) - which is ok. The building has an elevator, Our unit is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Would recommend"
