"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...

"A great property. Self-serve type set up. In a prime location in Prague, 2 min walk to the main town center square. My only recommendation is make sure you pre-register/check your DMs once you book because you won’t be able to get in the building. Me and 2 other guests had issues because you can’t pre-register until 24 hours before check in but once you do it on site you have to wait for an email with your code and stuff.
