On arrival the hotel was closed. After 10 minutes searching we saw a gardener who rang the caretaker, he did his best but that wasn't much. We got a room but no food, restaurant closed. We bought in food to cook ourselves but after 7 hours driving it is NOT what you want to be doing. Local restaurants in the town closed, except for Burger King, not what you want. No breakfast next day before our next 6 hour drive. Perhaps they should not take bookings in January. Might be better in summer but still very basic accomodation. There was no wifi as promised.

Hay que quitarlo de las ofertas

Es un hotel que se vende. No hay ninguno servicios, no restaurante, no bar e y esta lejos del centro de Zafra. Hemos perdido una noche debemos pagarla porque no podemos quedar 4 noches sin nada.

Buen hotel. Aunque necesitas alguna mejoras.

El hotel es muy bonito, el entorno es muy agradable y también la piscina. Es un poco incómodo por no tener ascensor. Quizás si fuera posible mejoraría el mobiliario que está un poco anticuado y también el aislamiento, se oyen mucho a las personas de las habitaciones contiguas.
