Las Palmeras in Zafra

This is really a fantastic place. On the Plaza Grande with everything within walking distance. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast included most you could wish for. It is a one star hotel but felt more like a two - three star.

Everything was very clean, there isn’t anyone at the front desk and you have to do everything online but it wasn’t bad. The staff that were there, only during breakfast, were very kind and the food was delicious.

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly. Breakfast was ok. When booking this hotel I was not informed about how far away from the city center it was. We had to wait for a bus or take a taxi 20 mins. The room was very bare and sparsely furnished. It was not what we expected for the price we paid.

Everything bases on selv-service. Very difficult as you have to check-in online. Not based on people from outside Spain. The room was in fact no more than 2 star. Will not recommend this hotel. Also difficult finding parking to our car.

Una estancia agradable

Reservamos el hotel para una estancia de fin de semana con motivo de la boda de un amigo. El proceso de check-in en línea fue muy claro y las instrucciones para acceder al interior, sencillas de seguir. La habitación resultó cómoda, y el hecho de que haya ascensor es muy conveniente, especialmente si llevas maletas. El desayuno incluido es básico, aunque estaría bien contar con más opciones de frutas. La ubicación es excelente, en plena plaza y cerca de muchos sitios para comer, lo que facilita mucho el acceso a todo.

Un rincón con sabor extremeño.

Calidad-precio bien, pero tuvimos la mala suerte que era sábado de carnaval y hubo música hasta las 5:00. A que decir, a favor del responsable del hotel, que en todo momento fue comprensible con nosotros y la situación, haciendo lo que pudo, dentro de sus posibilidades.
