"This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions. "

"Great location, a 30 minute walk to the city centre or a 10 minute tram ride with is a very quick walk away. Also walking distance from the train station. The room was very nice and the property was great. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend "
"We enjoyed our stay at the INX Design Hotel. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs and a great base to explore all the wonderful spots in Krakow. The surrounding area is filled with great cafes, bars and restaurants and the Old Town is easily walked to about in 20 minutes. Wawel Castle is also around a 10-15 min walk.
We found the hotel to offer great value for money and were not bothered by the passing of trams which although could be heard from our room, did not disturb us at all....
"Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated!

"My first impression was awful. The room a bit fusty and old school. The bed was large and the mattress comfortable, but there was only a duvet the size of a large tea towel. And a crazy assortment of oddball pillows. But I made do, covering myself at night with a couple of shawl-like things that were in the room. However, with time, the hotel became a jewel, mainly because of the absolutely first-rate staff. They are all kind, helpful, pleasant, generous and altogether wonderful. I wound up...
