We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Our room was spacious, and the view overlooking the town was absolutely stunning. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even recommended a delicious local restaurant, which we really enjoyed. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely come back again!

Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations. Would recommend!

仕事で2部屋利用。 こちらの部屋は部屋の電気が点かなく、ユニットバスなのにシャワーカーテンも無し。 部屋にゴミも落ちてます。 広さだけな居抜きのホテルでした。

古い感じのホテルでしたが、部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応も満足でした。 エントランスの外に工事中だったのか、ブルーシートがあり、雑居感が出ていて、ホテルの顔としては残念だった。
