Helpful staff

The staff are friendly and helpful. They explained clearly to me about the ski packages and feel free to call them for a ride. Breakfast was nice, included Japanese and some western dishes.

Room is nice. Hotel staffs are helpful. However, there is no bath tub nor shower place inside the room which cause a little bit of inconvenient.

旅館規模不大，只有十來間房，房間整潔舒適，除了室內風呂，還有半露天風呂，讚。工作人員和善有禮，令人有家的感覺。旅館提供由越後湯澤站到旅館的免費接送服務，方便非自駕人士，十分貼心。推介！
