"This hotel was in a fun area. The hotel itself was clean and had everything we needed in the room. The staff was pretty friendly and helped us sign up for the rewards program so we could check in early."
"Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Great views. A bit noisy but expected if the area. Staff very friendly, and the 4 bunk room was very spacious.
We weren’t fans of the bathroom layout, and the room could more hooks in the bathroom or even next to the sink. You need to take an elevator to reception and another elevator to the room. But otherwise still a great place to stay."
"Hotel is near shopping center and eateries, cafes. Guest relations were always helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to book however there is a 1400 yen per adult. They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend

"Excelente hotel, la ubicación fue perfecta, la comodidad es espectacular, la cama y sus sábanas son geniales. El servicio del hotel y el desayuno súper bueno con muchas opciones asiáticas como occidental. Yo lo recomiendo a todo el que va a Tokio"
"The room was perfect in terms of location and length of stay. We were out running around all day and needed clean beds and showers at a reasonable rate."
"Beautiful place which is very close to everything but still feels secluded. Comfortable little cube. I did feel very self conscious of getting up in the night because i was afraid that opening the curtain door was very loud for my neighbors. Everyone was very kind and peaceful though."
