Beautiful property gutted we didn’t have time to sample the food as we used this for a stay with the local York half marathon. Would definitely stay again and very dog friendly for our little pooch.

Lovely property, great decor and friendly staff.It will definitely be our top choice when staying in the area again. We didn’t have an evening meal here but the breakfast was faultless, the full English was made with top quality ingredients and a good size portion.

A gem of a place

Lovely room with king size bed and en suite bathroom with separate bath tub and shower cubicle. Great nights sleep. Had evening meal in the pub (paid extra )and breakfast (included) both meals excellent. Great taste and fantastic portions
