"Last minute booking. Twin room booked but had a double. This was clearly a problem as the reception had several other people complaining about the same problem. Reception has online check in. Never liked it prefer the more personal touch. Big hotel. If you have mobility and room I would ask for a room upto ‘18’s’ eg 100-118. As it’s quite a trek beyond this. Positively very quiet room. Bed comfortable and room very clean. "
