Very convenient location & easy to find public transport ( train & bus). Good access to nearby areas. Too bad there is scheduled off for 2 hrs. of the hotel that we stay on 1st day. Space is bit small for 4 adults. Amenities are pretty new as they just opened last Nov. As the location is within China town, expect to have little street sound, even in the early morning even though already have the sound proof windows. Staffs are all excellent & helpful + very friendly. Bravo to the staffs!

Didn’t know they offered airport shuttle. This would have been convenient if we knew as we booked a private car. The hotel was great, we only had a brief stay to refresh between a cruise and flight home. The staff were helpful and the check out process was quick and convenient.

This hotel is literally in the heart of Chinatown and so dining options are endless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area was enjoyable even for kids. Room itself (Superior Twin) was good although I didn’t understand why there was such a big step from the main space and the washroom. Full sized dining table and chairs was probably handy for some guests but takes up a fair bit of space and I wonder how many guests would use it given all the restaurants just steps away. The faucet in our room was loose - not a big deal to secure but surprising it was not flagged by the housekeeping team and repaired prior to our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a new hotel that is continuing to iron out some operational kinks.

Absolutely lovely room! Very spacious, clean, big and comfy beds. Great lounge area and beautiful bathrooms. Hotel is conveniently located right next to China Town and only a short walk to the harbour. Spoilt for choice for dinner options or snacks and some good shopping too. The only downside with the room is the skylight which even with its inbuilt blind drawn across, lets in WAY to much light in the morning, which is very early if it’s the summer months.

Conveniently located in the Chinatown district, just a few minutes' walk from a station. It's new and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unique and tasty. Although it’s a small hotel with oddly shaped rooms and no views, I still felt comfortable. The complimentary water in the fridge was nice.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was kind and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. The location is perfect. So many places to eat and shop in the area. The train station is nearby. I will be staying here again.

While the hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, once you step inside the facility, there is a sense of calmness. You are made to feel safe and relaxed. We used their sauna while we were there. It was a relaxing private experience. We really enjoyed it. The staff went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. It was like going to a spa. Our room was spacious for our family of four. Besides two large beds, there was a sitting area with a sofa and a coffee station. There was no closet, but there was a coat rack. I think that space could be better utilized by turning it into a closet for luggage storage. The washroom was of a good size. The decor was minimalist. I don’t know if it was intentional, but the shower curtain was a little short, and there was no curbs to the shower, so every time someone showered, the whole washroom floor got wet. Also, the sinks were quite small, in relation to the rest of the room. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel’s location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we had a good experience.

スタッフは若い女性が多く、外国人の方へも英語で対応されていて、素晴らしい接客でした。ベッドメイキングも室内清掃も丁寧にされており、気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。ただ、サウナのシャワールームがカビ臭かったのと、上の階で子供が走り回る足音が夜遅くまで続いたのが残念な点でした。

ホテルはもちろん客室も洗面台も浴室も水滴も水垢もなく本当に綺麗でした。 照明もセンスが良く可愛くシンプルで素敵なお部屋でした。 寝具やタオルもホテル特有の湿った匂いもなくとても快適に過ごせました。 ミストサウナも暑過ぎずスッキリ整う感じで個室で良かったです。 ただ一つ気になったのは、洗面台とトイレが一緒なので臭いや、トイレ使用時に洗面台を利用できないなど少し不便をかんじました。 お風呂に入った後は換気が不十分なのかトイレと洗面台の下の床が拭かなければ濡れてしまうのも気になりました。 それ以外はコスパも良くとても良かったです。 中華街からも近く良かったです。

客室は清潔ですしスタッフの方のご対応も大変心地よかったです！朝食も美味しかった。 中華街のどまんなかなので中華街、みなとみらいへのアクセスがとても良いです！ 一点だけ、部屋の防音が少し弱いようで、廊下にいると部屋からの音が結構漏れていました。
