Very close to station, helpful staff, a bit older but clean and the room is bigger than other budget hotels. Dotour cafe is connected to the lobby. There is a nice lounge on the second floor.

I stayed for four nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and having a washer and dryer on site was very helpful for a longer stay. The location was great—about a five-minute walk from the station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The Location is perfect with direct access to JR Shikensen and other subway. The staff in the hotel will do what ever is possible to make your stay comfortable. Like everything in Japan the Room are Clean, no noise a plus in such big city.

The bathroom was old and it needs to upgrade badly. The towels were poor quality and was not enough. No breakfast nor shuttle service. I wanted to switch to another hotel after a couple days but the contract didn’t allow me.

Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport. The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English.

朝食付きを選んだけれども、ホテルの一階のドトールで頂けるのは便利、しかしサンドイッチにコーヒーで700円也のそんなものなら要らない 更にこのドトールのスタッフは誰一人朝の挨拶の言葉を知らない おはようございます、が誰も言えない。コンビニでなにか買ってきて部屋で食べるのがベスト

大変久しぶりに利用させていただきました。 以前はビジネスでも家族と同伴でも利用をさせていただいていたホテルです。 古いホテルではありますが、整備が行き届いており素敵なホテルです。 時代の流れもあるのでしょうか、一つ残念だったのはドトールコーヒーでの朝食に変わっていたことです。 ドトールコーヒーを非難する内容ではなく、宿泊客と通常のお客様が入れ混じる時間帯でもありホテルで朝食をと楽しめる状況ではなかったことです。
