"The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. There is good food in the lobby. If you use the laundry, the dryer barely dries no matter how much money you put in. You will end up hanging clothes in your room to dry. The area around the hotel has many bars and is pretty lively, so you might get approached by touts as you come and go. But I didn't feel in danger."

"Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms here and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop and the Ōsanbashi Cruise ship terminal (our main reason for staying here). The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture."
