"We spent about 5 days and nights at this location, the staff was beyond friendly and understanding to foreigners! The rooftop terrace was a huge plus if you plan to just relax and have coffee in the morning or for a chill night in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options available were also delicious and affordable. The hotel is located in a prime spot to access the Kawaski station, making your travel into Tokyo fairly simple as well. I would highly recommenced Slash for your stay!! And to be honest this Hotel is first on my list given I take another trip into Tokyo."

"Our stay at the Rose Hotel in Yokohama was amazing! The staff was great and beyond helpful. It’s walkable, safe and surrounded by tons of food options. We would love to return and highly recommend. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Junko was awesome to work with and she helped us work through a reservation glitch when we arrived and was beyond amazing when we returned to retrieve my husband’s wallet that was left behind."
