"The view from this property was stunning! We had the room with a view of Enoshima and Mt Fuji. It was cloudy part of the time and so we couldn’t see much of the mountain, but on our last day the clouds lifted and the view was Amazing! It is also walkable to the beach and restaurants, and they have a shuttle to a bus stop and near a train station. The staff were very kind and really tried to understand our poor Japanese and English. This property was expensive, but we felt we got our money’s...

"The capsule bunked beds were nice and neat, but mattress too firm for us American who are used to soft mattress. The room is small, but neat. Walkable to train station, convenient stores, and shops. "

"It is a short walk from the station and there are restaurants along the way and several convenience stores in the area (in addition to the stores at the station). It is very clean. The hotel staff made our stay very easy and pleasant. The laundry facility and drink vending machines were great. It was very convenient for my family. "

"Good day, the air condition was unfortunately horrible. We couldn’t control the air flow which was very strong and therefore loud. Further, 2 min after 10pm - last order is 10pm, cafe closes at 11pm - we got told that the cafe is closed and we can’t get anything anymore. 3rd, on the room the breakfast is advertised with 1000 Yen/person but when we went for breakfast we got charged 1200 per person. The hotel looks lovely, but everything else doesn’t leave you with a “lovely feeling”, at all!"
