The room is nice. We got the loft, if you have young children or older people. The stairs are very steep and hard to get to upper bunk. It also kind of feel claustrophobic staying on the upper bunk area. Regular rooms are nicer

お部屋も広く綺麗でした。朝食のバイキングも品数もたくさんあり、とてもおいしかったです。ワンちゃん連れの方もたくさんいました。関内駅前すぐで立地も最高でした。またリピしようと思います。

今回はOMO7を楽しむ為に宿泊先として選びました。事前のリサーチ以上に素敵なセンスの建物内外、部屋も最高にリラックスができる作り、夜のジャズ演奏でご機嫌になれ、朝のブッフェもちょっと高めですが満足腹一杯でしたー

部屋は広くて良かったですが受付で鍵はもらいましたが番号を知らされず5人で2泊だったのにパジャマが4人分しかなく真夜中に冷房が省エネなのか自然と切れてしまい2泊とも朝方暑くて目がさめてしまいました6時前にはつきましたがエレベーターも遅く階段の方が早いです

一度星野リゾートの宿に泊まりたく、先日某情報番組にも取り上げられた、関内駅前のホテルをリザーブしました。 元々横浜市役所（だったかな？）をリノベしたものとの事で、古くて新しい施設でした。 部屋は決して広くはありませんが、ベッドをロフトにして空間をうまく使っているとこは良かったです。 特筆すべきはスタッフの対応で、チェックインからアウトまで、気配りもしっかりしており、また夜のジャズナイトの対応も素晴らしかったです。情報番組では、電車のノイズや球場の歓声が気になるという話でしたが、電車の音は思ったほどのノイズではなく、また当日は横浜戦が無いため、球場はひっそりしていました。 しかしあの距離感であれば、野球のある時に是非ホテルから明るい球場をみてみたいと思いました。 それと、朝食についてはちょっと手違い（こちらの予約ミス）もあり、今回は食べられませんでした・・・。 そんな感じで、駅からも近いし、近くに商業施設も多く（ちなみに夜は中華街でお粥を食べました）、非常に刺激の多い素敵な宿でした。

新しい宿で気持ちよく過ごせる事が出来ました。 到着早々にロッカーの鍵の登録に失敗し、慌ててフロントに行き事情を言いましたが、チェックアウトの忙しい時間帯でありながら嫌な顔をする事なく対応して頂けました。 また、夜のイベントなど楽しいイベントがあり楽しく良かったです次回も必ず利用します。

先日、横浜での結婚式後に家族で利用させて頂きました。 まず、横浜にOMOがOMO5とOMO7と2つあって間違え行ってしまった💦ドタバタでのチェックインになりました。 父親が足が不自由な為に、車椅子を貸していただけた事には感謝だったのですが、駐車場まで貸して頂けたが、返却はまたフロントまで返しに行かなきゃならないのは不便でした。駐車場にも返却できたら嬉しかった。利用する場合も駐車場にも車椅子があると便利です。ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔感あり、タオル等も気持ち良く使えました。スリッパが不織布が薄すぎて、使用感は悪かったです。もう少し丈夫な生地ならベスト。 アメニティは、メイク落とし等がなく残念でした。 枕は、是非とも両面で柔らかめ硬めで使える物にして頂きたい。もしくは硬めをリクエストに応じて対応して頂きたいです。 フロントへ連絡する手段の電話が部屋にないのは不便過ぎました。 しかし総じて気持ち良く宿泊させて頂けたので、また機会があれば利用したいです。
