We had call in to get a direction to the parking and hotel lobby. So you may want to make sure you know where you need to go for check in as you don’t see hotel name at the door unless you are on the 2nd floor level. The view is nice, closed to station, very quiet, etc.

Wow! Just wow. We had no idea that this hotel, in central Yokohama at ~$100 USD/night, was atop a 30 story building. Plus a free public onsen and infiniate shopping all around. Just sad we missed a chance to see the symphony hall further down in the building... Incredible. Highly recommended, and easy to get to Haneda airport too.

The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room. We were able to get the bigger room without charge only by talking to the manager. We showed that we booked via Expedia with all the details of our party correctly filled out. The onsen with a view of Mt Fuji is very beautiful.

깨끗하고 특히 위치가 좋았습니다. 요코하마 역과도 도보로 이동이 가능하며 신타카시마 역이랑도 매우 근접해있어서 요코하마 내에서 이동하기에 매우 편리하였습니다. 그리고 호텔내 욕장과 편의 시설 (접견용 커피와 티, 세탁실 등)도 만족스러웠습니다. 방의 가구 구조도 공간활용이 좋았다고 생각합니다. 요코하마에 가면 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

駐車場の利用説明不足と提携がないのは面倒。 洗濯機問題も他のホテルと同じで足りないマナーが悪いのがいて不快に感じた。 それ以外景色も風呂も清潔さも満足出来て、もう一度来たいと思えました。

チェックインで、実際はあった宿泊予定の名簿に名前がないといわれたのは余計な心配をしました。 チェックインとアウト後のクロークはすごく助かりました。 ホテル駐車場はありますが、たしか予約できないので、駐車できないと困るから他の有料駐車場を予約して停めました。予約できるとありがたいと思います。
