"Problems at checkin because their system didn’t reflect the reservation. Expedia stepped in and the issue was solved. The hotel condition is excellent, the only downside is the noise from the highway, the window isolation is not the best"

"Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. The only thing i would say is that the smell of the hotel was super strong. It smell clean but i am very sensitive and it gave me a litrle bit of headache when i was walking in the lobby or the elevator"

"This property is very close to the airport. They also have an airport shuttle. I stayed here just before catching my flight which was leaving at midnight. I was able to get some sleep, charge my mobile devices, laptop, etc. I also took a shower just before checking out at 9pm to catch my midnight flight. The shuttle to the airport was very quick. The driver was very courteous. I had a latte in their bar area just before catching the shuttle. It was good. Due to the limited time I was at this...

"Estaba bien, la señal de WIFI lenta."

"Once again, I had an excellent experience! This is always my hotel of choice whenever I visit Bogotá. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel feels very safe, and it is easy to arrange reliable and secure transportation. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous! I always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back on my next visit."

"Definitely gives motel vibes, was not provided with breakfast even though it was paid for since they had no option in allowing persons travelling early to have it to go. Do note that even after paying on Expedia you also have to pay taxes on premises when checking in also!"

"The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The room was a bit noisy, and the bathroom was in need of maintenance. Everything else was fine. Very nice restaurant near by."

"Todo excelente!"

"I love the breakfast buffet .."
