Everything was great we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food for a breakfast and happy hour was very good. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the city. The airport shuttle was easy and on time the front desk staff went over and beyond. It was my friend‘s birthday so they brought a piece of birthday cake to the room. Clean and modern hotel, in a quiet and safe area of Bogota, half way between the airport and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including arranging airport transfers or other travel, as well as an early check in after an overnight flight from Europe. There are some options for eating and drinking, both within the complex and within a few blocks walk, if you don’t want to head into the centre. If you want to visit the centre, it’s easy to summon an Uber to pick you up outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, with nice views and a good selection of options, including fresh fruit.
