"Good location great hotel"

"Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10"

"The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!"

"Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. "Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite."

"Good"

"아이랑 같이 너무 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 주변시설도 다니니가 편해서 좋았습니다"

It's also nice that the hotel is in a quiet agricultural area. Now that it's 5-7 minutes drive to the ICC, so you'll need an Uber or a car."

"기대이상이었어요."

"Our host went out of his way to assist and make the stay comfortable"

"All perfect"

We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. They use beautiful photos of nearby attractions and scenic areas in a way that makes it appear as though these places or views are...
