"I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important.
They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. I hope I brought all my belongings, but I don’t know yet because I could not see"

"Staff are really friendly and nice. They helped me with the boxes I had gotten delivered to the room and also upon check out, the staff helped me carry the luggage outside the door. You don’t see many staff helping these days, they were kind.
The only thing about the room is that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything.. I mean everything. "
