"Everything was really perfect and lovely"

"The location of Wang Yun Homestay is very convenient. The "Charming Xiangxi" show is just across the street, and the East Entrance of the National Forest Park is within walking distance. There are plenty of food and entertainment options around the guesthouse. All the staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to our housekeeper, Kiki, and the store manager, Ms. Li, who organized our transportation from Zhangjiajie West Station to the guesthouse. They also provided valuable advice for our...

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities. One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next...

"It’s just a short walk to the park gate, perfect for heading straight to the Bailong Elevator. The host knew all the best hiking trails and told us which paths to avoid crowds."

I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. "The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well."
