"We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! "Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park ) & Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal free water bottles everyday - front desk are very polite and helpful 100% recommended "
