"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were on a mid level floor (9th floor). Mid level and high level rooms have all been remodeled and are really nice!!! Staff was amazing! Special thanks to Ofir for helping us to feel welcome, for making check-in and check-out extra smooth, and for helping out when I lost a dental retainer!
