The breakfast was excellent the coffee always available was great and the staff gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday they were wonderful. The only thing about the room is that there was no luggage rack chair for your luggage to sit on so I had to put it on the floor.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend and it was absolutely spectacular. The room was immaculate and the staff was very professional. The breakfast was second to known with a wide variety of options all with the best ingredients! We will definitely be back!

The Jewel is a GEM!

The Jewel is a GEM!!! Excellent value. A true boutique hotel. Exceptional service. The staff bends backwards to be of service. Excellent decor. Comfortable room, rich bed linen, detailed finish. This is my NEW home-away-from home in Tel Aviv.

Amazing staff

Amazing staff kindness from the moment I stepped in until I stepped out of the hotel Welcome in the room with champagne I don’t drink but ended up sipping just to celebrate. They welcomed me with smiles inviting me to celebrate Rosh Hashanah by the reception area. The lady who worked at night was so helpful when I was worried no responding from Gett for my taxi reservation for this morning. All worked out. Will b back in Israel in March and if stay in Tel Aviv this is my #1 hotel completely differently of Orchid that wasn’t friendly at all. Thank you

Lovely newly renovated boutique hotel

Lovely hotel. Bed was super comfortable. Occitane products in the shower (good water pressure). Wifi and aircon both excellent. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was a choice of salads, seeds, savoury pastries and even pizza! Coffee on tap all day (including cappuccino). My only issue was the occasional noise outside as it is on a busy street. But overall very happy with my stay. I love boutique hotels as I do think the quality is just that bit higher.

Una joya de hotel verdaderamente

El hotel es un pequeño hotel boutique, pero tiene todo. El desayuno DELICIOSO!!!! y la atención de la encargada, súper amable, atenta y servicial. Todos los empleados desde el manager, Menny como Anat, Noi y Alon en el front desk, siempre con la mejor disposición de ayudar. Simplemente muestran el deseo de ayudar. El hotel ofrecía happy hour de 6 a 7 con la bebida gratis y unas galletas de avena deliciosas. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, enfrente de la playa que tiene un Boardwalk sensacional. Definitivamente volvería a Jewel cuando regrese a Tel Aviv. El hotel, la gente, el servicio, maravilloso.

Localização incrível. Pertíssimo da praia e a praia é maravilhosa. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Máquina de café para usar a qualquer hora do dia.
