"Stinking plumbing toilet plungers on show on most levels. no balcony as booking. Menu in the rooms for what hotel could charge you if you did anything that the hotel didn’t like.(not just breakages) Terrible stench of toilet plumbing throughout the whole hotel. Given a family room, had one chair in room for whole family to share. Tired and old hotel, been given a lick of paint and an update. Isn’t worth the cost. "Is a buildings structure. There is a door key swab to walk in the suites . It separate the lobby from the guest area. The building is quiet,has camera's everywhere, and is clean."

"Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful."

"Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive."

"There was no airport shuttle. Everything you see in buffet was pork. I would suggest the hotel include other varieties as there is a huge population of muslim and they dont eat pork like me. The rest everything was close to perfect."

"View was magnificent as were the staff, faultless and focussed on your comfort and enjoyment. Breakfast first class and dinner buffet equal to any I have experienced over 40 years of travelling. Room was huge and the only noise was from the balcony and the boats on the river. I was asked to comfort on anything that would make my stay more enjoyable and within a couple of hours everything I raised was addtessed. Top marks for that."

"The hotel has a charm about it that some would call dated, it all comes down to personal taste, I like the traditional aesthetic. The staff faultless, helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Mr. Tan on the concierge for helping me take apart a brush to fit in my suitcase, outside his remit, but he was only to happy to help. Housekeeping discreet and efficient and we made full use of the complimentary shuttle boat service. Would I stay again 100% yes. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and comfortable. "
