I would give 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to this hotel.

The hotel needs a lot of construction work. There is only two operating restaurants. The first one, Mexican. The food is great. You need to order from the menu. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. However, their knowledge is English is very limited. Most tourists are Mexican so since we do t speak Spanish it is quite boring for a our son. Second is Sushi restaurant but it is far from tasting like one. Furthermore, there is a snack bar with a alcohol bar that operates from 11 till 6. There is a bar, a sort of Lounge that most of the time stayed empty. The room is ok but too many ants and other creatures so if you are not scared then it will work for you. The AC and jaguzzi worked great. As for the beach, you have to go with the minivan, it operates between 9-5:30 but the bar over there opens at 11 but really serves from 11:30. The beach was full of sea weeds so we could not enjoy swimming much. Comparing with our previous visits to Mexico this hotel needs more work, more stations with food and drinks, more activities. The only good activity they have is snorking and kayaking.

Absolument épouvantable : c est une honte de vendre un tel produit à ce prix. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Pas de plage, piscine très sale, manager de mauvaise Foix . Nourriture infâme : bref séjour épouvantable à la clé
