"The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Sadly, no restaurant and the nearby ones were appalling. Staff were not very helpful and the breakfast ones were terrible. We had to wait fir a table to be cleared as the staff were too busy on their phones tucked round the corner. Not what id expect from a ..."
