"Dit is een zakenhotel waar ik vaker ben geweest. Dit keer had ik een zogenaamde Zen-kamer. De kamers zijn rustig, hebben een groot comfort en zijn goed schoon. Internet heeft ook een prima snelheid. Opvallend is de snelheid waarmee het vriendelijke personeel je helpt. Echt niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een enorm brede keuze. Veel meer dan het gemiddelde hotel. De prijs van dit hotel is ook allezins redelijk. Ik zal er graag weer terugkomen."

"Clean room, friendly staff in general, at the front desk very helpfull and profound in English (very nice when being a foreigner). The breakfast is very extensive, incl a fresh bakery. Three restaurants to choose from, if you prefer eat in the hotel. There is a mall, with lots of restaurants, at the back of the hotel (5 min walk)."

"Suzhou보다는 kunshan에 가까운 luzi에 위치한 호텔로, 중국어가 안되는 분은 숙박시 의사소통에 어려움 예상됩니다 영어하는 직원이 많지않고 organizing이 그다지 좋아 보이지 않았습니다"

" I was staying with you last week and an object, an orange bag, disappeared from my room. I contacted the manager, and he didn't resolve it. As I had a flight, I needed to leave the hotel and they told me they would get in touch. What did not happen. How can we proceed with this? They were important objects and documents"

"I went for the F1 Event. Hotel is 3 stations (stops) always for Shanghai Circuit and approx a 10 min walk from Anting Station. There is heaps of food options and shops nearby (at Anting Stn). spacious hotel rooms and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful "

"They need a new air conditioning system. The room is hot, but they cannot turn the air conditioning on."

"This hotel is listed at 6.2km from Shanghai international race track but is in fact 21.5km. Do not book this if travelling for F1 as the listing is not accurate! Overall ok facility just not where listed"
